1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using the tmt88 platform (hereinafter "the Platform," "tmt88," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("the User," "Player," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement"). This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and tmt88, a PAGCOR-licensed online gaming operator registered and operating under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password) and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify tmt88 immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Create only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.3 Account Verification

tmt88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, or PRC ID)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement, e-wallet screenshot, or credit card verification)
• Additional documentation as required for anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) compliance

Failure to provide requested verification documents within fourteen (14) days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed. tmt88 will not process withdrawals from unverified accounts.

3. Account Usage and Restrictions

3.1 Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any Philippine or international law.
• Creating multiple accounts or using accounts belonging to other individuals.
• Colluding with other players, using bots, or employing any automated systems or software to manipulate games or outcomes.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, use of stolen payment methods, or money laundering.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or bugs for personal gain.
• Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim promotional offers multiple times.
• Using virtual private networks (VPNs) or proxy servers to disguise your location or circumvent geographical restrictions.
• Conducting commercial activities or reselling any part of the service without prior written consent from tmt88.

3.2 Account Suspension and Termination

tmt88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• You have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or account verification.
• Your account activity suggests fraudulent behavior, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• You have been abusive toward tmt88 staff or other users.
• Your account poses a security risk to the Platform or other users.

In the event of account termination for violation of these terms, any remaining account balance may be forfeited, and you will not be entitled to any refund or compensation.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposits

tmt88 accepts deposits through various payment methods available on the Platform, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank), and over-the-counter payments through authorized payment centers. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP).

By making a deposit, you confirm that:

• The funds used are your own and obtained through legal means.
• The payment method belongs to you and is registered in your name.
• You are not using tmt88 for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

tmt88 reserves the right to reject deposits from payment methods that do not match the account holder's name or that we reasonably believe are associated with fraudulent activity.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified in accordance with Section 2.3 before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account dashboard.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically process within 5-15 minutes; bank transfers may take 1-3 business days.
• tmt88 reserves the right to request additional verification or documentation before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals.
• Any active bonuses must be fully wagered, or the bonus and associated winnings must be forfeited before withdrawal can be processed.

4.3 Fees and Charges

tmt88 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bank, e-wallet, or payment processor) may impose transaction fees. Any such fees are your responsibility and are deducted by the payment provider, not by tmt88.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Rewards

5.1 General Bonus Terms

tmt88 offers various bonuses, promotions, and rewards to players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (e.g., 25x, 30x) before they can be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute less or not at all.
• Maximum Bet Limits: When playing with bonus funds, maximum bet limits apply (typically ₱100-₱200 per spin or hand). Exceeding these limits may void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements completed within the specified timeframe (typically 7-30 days). Expired bonuses will be removed from your account.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus can be active on your account at any given time unless otherwise specified.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

tmt88 has zero tolerance for bonus abuse. Prohibited bonus-related activities include:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times.
• Using irregular betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors or promotional mistakes.

Any player found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses, winnings, and possibly their entire account balance forfeited, and their account will be permanently closed.

5.3 Promotion Modifications

tmt88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute regarding a promotion, tmt88's decision is final and binding.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Gaming

6.1 Game Rules

All games available on tmt88 are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game or on the Platform's game information pages. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before playing.

6.2 Random Number Generator (RNG)

All slot games, table games, and virtual games on tmt88 use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. These RNGs are regularly tested and certified by independent testing agencies to meet international gaming standards.

6.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical failure:

• All affected bets will be void.
• Funds will be returned to your account balance.

The phrase "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all games on the Platform.

6.4 Disputes and Complaints

tmt88 will investigate all legitimate disputes fairly and impartially. Our decision on the outcome of any dispute is final and binding. If you remain dissatisfied, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations.

7. Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

7.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose in a specified period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive reminders of how long you have been playing.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from using tmt88 services.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content.
• Distribute, transmit, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written permission.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of tmt88 shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your account during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless tmt88, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

12. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

Continued use of tmt88 following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the changes, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

13.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute between you and tmt88:

1. You must first contact tmt88 customer support to attempt informal resolution.
2. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to tmt88 management.
3. If the dispute remains unresolved, you may file a complaint with PAGCOR, which has regulatory authority over tmt88 operations.
4. As a final resort, the matter may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or rules referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and tmt88 regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or communications, whether oral or written.
